Founded in 2003 more than 6 years ago by Martin Brock Coresoccer’s Skills Development Director, and Craig Fullam ex Professional Player with Southampton FC, Coresoccer is a skills-based soccer academy for young players up to 16 years old.
Teaching a mix of Brazilian, Dutch, and Spanish techniques and embodying the ethos of ‘total football’, Coresoccer is highly rated by many coaches and players, as well as focusing on conditioning work and grid-based training.
The Coresoccer technical skills model aims to improve ball control, vision, awareness and creative technique.
“We train young players, who play for many different clubs and academies, so we don’t run Football teams in any leagues,” explains Martin. “Coresoccer is based on Technique and progression into Skill, but our fundamentals building blocks still exist”
Developing the game of Football at all levels.
- Developing a coaching structure of the highest quality and continually working to maintain this standard.
- Helping those involved in the education of children to offer the best possible opportunities to their pupils.
- Working in partnership with others to improve the quality of our coaching and our coaches.

- Playing an integral role in improving the coaching and the product of our coaching in Coresoccer in particular, and association football in general.

- Recognises that ours is a multi-racial society and that minority communities have specific needs and aspirations.
- Acknowledges that disadvantage and discrimination are still present in sport and are big factors, which influence the nature and extent of involvement in sport by minority communities and individuals.
- Acknowledges that eliminating discrimination and disadvantage from sport is an on-going task and is committed to working towards the elimination of both.
- Will take positive action to meet the sporting needs and aspirations of minority groups and will also encourage others in pursuit of these objectives.

Coresoccer Under 13 Team representing Bath and Wilts
Coresoccer Under 10 trip to The Beckham Academy
When Coresoccer Academy started it ran with just a handful of schools in the Wiltshire area. Having maintained its success and fantastic reputation the Academy decided to open its doors to a wider area.
Now the Academy runs football and sports courses for Hundreds of children each week in Bath, Melksham, Corsham, Calne, Devizes, Swindon, Chippenham and beyond.
Coresoccer Academy is now holding in and out of school clubs, as well as liaising with primary schools, high schools, junior clubs and professional academies to bring a fantastic opportunity to local children.
